I’ve been undergoing treatment for oropharyngeal cancer, and for months I was in a very difficult place both physically and mentally. Even during that time, MyChart made it possible for me to stay on top of everything. I could keep track of all my appointments without missing a beat, and the messaging feature let me reach out to my doctors and care team whenever I needed help. They always responded quickly with clear, helpful answers. My medication list was easy to access, and requesting refills took only a moment. Overall, MyChart made a really tough period in my life more manageable, and I’m grateful for how much it helped me stay connected and organized.

Dr. Goldman, Physician assistant Jessica, front desk, nurses, medical assistants, and overall staff are ALL amazing! They are professional, caring, and friendly. I can’t thank Dr. Goldman and Jessica enough for everything. They are both knowledgeable and great listeners. They take their time and truly care for their patients. My surgery and results went so well that I sometimes question if I was ever cut open. Dr. Goldman is an angel and so good at what she does. I’m forever thankful and grateful for her, Jessica, and the staff. Overall great experience.

I have been a patient for years at the Hackettstown AH Hospital, I noticed on this trip to the ER things have changed. People: A noticeable increase of care in how I was treated by the desk, in the ER with the nurse who was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor was delightful, knowledgeable of my situation and answered all questions. I was treated immediately, and felt a very positive change of how they handle patients. Great job Hackettstown Atlantic Health!
