App is really convenient so long as it’s working. But if you need to reach out to ‘help’, don’t expect any in a hurry (even though they claim they will be in touch within one working day). If you are lucky you may receive a generic email about two weeks later asking for child information. Then no further response or action taken once you provide it. Try to ring the 1800 number to talk to someone and you can listen to a voicemail telling you to use the help button on the app instead. You can leave a message but you guessed it - no follow up. Over 6 weeks later and I still need help. Definitely zero stars for the incompetent customer service.
First, I really do like this app but I do believe a few things could improve. 1. Notifications - the app always say I have a notification when there is none, it never go’s away 2. Bookings - if you mistakenly marked your child absent for the wrong day, you are unable to change it. You have to wait till the centre is in operating hours and ask them to change it. 3. Help options - the help option in the app keeps closing as you are typing and then deleting what your typing. In the end I just gave up. Both of these issues are minor but they are very frustrating.
This app is straight forward, easy to use and very convenient. Highly recommend downloading this app if your daycare centre uses KindyNow. Great for those last minute changes.
