Great great up but need to be able to report a legal parking again. It takes you to the website which is inconvenient.

I have spent hours looking for my payments on my account. I should be able to log in and see all my payments especially for tax purposes & especially as we would prefer not to use paper bills to be sent out. However I keep getting asked for amounts and reference numbers. If I knew the details I would NOT need to log in!!! Why aren’t our details saved with our log in? The app looks slick, but it’s clumsy, clunky and showy. Typical of a plastic GC blonde, unfortunately. I was so excited for a better system but you previous app was better for chasing up consumer’s records.

Thankfully, the bug has been fixed at the end. You were never able to receive your reference number as the word “excellent” went across the screen. It has now been fixed. Thank you very much. The app is very user-friendly with prompts that are easy to follow.
