I ordered yesterday and picked up my online order. First I washed my hands and came back out to wait since I was a little early. As I stood there there were two males that work there on their phones with another that I’m not sure worked there or maybe he was off and there was a female down the line near the food packing area. Once one of the males was packing my order the female started having a coughing fit all over the packing area the men proceeded to act like this was normal. It disgusted me so much that I threw my whole order away. I did not speak with the manager because I assumed the other male was the manager and didn’t see the big deal with something like this. This is extremely disturbing to see what behaviors are acceptable in front of customers. I’d hate to imagine what goes on in the kitchen. I tried the customer service number on the website but it does not work so I emailed them. During these times I feel we should still be taking health serious and not treating sanitation as something to be easily disregarded.

Did a mobile order, wasn’t ready when I went in, then they talked to me, I gave them my name and said mobile order, they were making a similar sandwich for in store, they asked if I wanted to go, (which was confusing because mobile orders always to go), then when I looked at order in car noticed missing an item, also sandwich wasn’t quite what I ordered, I went back in store and asked them for the item, then they asked if I had a mobile order, name, they had my order and handed to me, then blamed me! for taking the wrong order!, unbelievable, told me to say my name next time! (I did!), blamed me for taking wrong order!, I was standing in mobile order area and said my name and mobile order!, the guy wouldn’t even make eye contact but blamed me!, he should’ve checked order and name! Usually this location has done so good with mobile orders, not today I don’t think I’ll return

Not developed with the END USER in mind. *App doesn’t save your order in the cart. If you don’t complete all the way through it zeroes out the cart and you must start from the very beginning! *App doesn’t allow to place an order when the shop is not open. Part of having an app is to make our lives more convenient so that in the middle of a busy day we don’t have to deal with an app which doesn’t allow a start/stop order experience. Yet.....you can choose a specific time for pickup. *Once an item is in the cart you either keep it or delete it. The option to EDIT, doesn’t exist. *Try placing a Family Pack order only to realize you made a mistake on 1 of 8 details on one of the four meals......once you’re on the basket page. NO EDIT DETAILS OPTION 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. The only thing you could do is start the Family Pack order all over again. How low function!!!! *FREE COFFEE thru the end of this year offer isn’t loaded onto our account in the checkout process which completely makes using the app and order ahead pointless. It’s not free.....if we are forces to pay each time. And, the advert is vague by not mentioning it’s any size free and doesn’t allow for saying how many cream/sugar we need. Bother to test via the END USERS and not a team who requires assumption and familiarity. Developer familiarity means failing a customer and streamlined efficiency and convenience. Why have to make customers stay in the store and have conversation about things which could have been solved by an effective app program?
