AbhiBus Bus Ticket Booking App

Bus workers were good and abhibus app is great but can’t give any start to the cleanness. There are too many mosquitoes in bus,trash is all over on the bus floor lobby. We told the staff few times he said passengers were throwing. We told them serval time they did not clean. We even explained the cause of mosquitos is fruit and vegetables trash as well plastic chips and other food wrappers. It was scary to come down from the upper levels. We told the helper if we coming down and fall who will be responsible. Still being refused by staff. I would never use GujaratTravel in future. We en up using this as we have indigo’s flights has been cancelled for days in Bangalore. I have pictures , If I can’t upload them here will do review on Gujarattravel.

The staff and the driver made sure to pick us up. The driver provided instructions for where to stand and where to go. They are polite and respectful.

My bus missed the boarding point at midnight 12:15, and when I saw it approaching, I tried calling the driver, but they declined my calls. The driver stopped after a kilometer and asked me to come to the bus stop. I had to rush a kilometer without an autorickshaw at that hour! The bus was also late. I complained to the AbhiBus support team about both the delay and the missed boarding point, but they refused to refund me for the delay, claiming it was a normal occurrence for a bus to be delayed. My ticket was for the AbhiBus Assured category, which offers refunds for bus delays. And for missing of boarding point they said they will send me 200 points cash back but I haven’t received the 200 cash back points even though it’s been a year. This service is extremely poor.
