I booked an adult+infant seat for an international trip through Cleartrip for AirIndia. They gave the PNR and e-ticket and all. When we tried to access booking details, the infant’s ticket was not associated with the PNR. Only showed adult. Airline said it is an issue with Cleartrip. My infant’s ticket did not have a PNR but thankfully they could see their name in the passenger list. Consequently we could not select bassinet seat or infant meal. After 10 days of daily follow up, Cleartrip said they made a remark on the booking that it will be resolved at airport counter while check-in Worst, we could not know if we would be able to fly or not!. The airline staff was very helpful and took a lot of efforts to correct the booking. We couldn’t get a bassinet seat but atleast were able to fly! They said, of late, cleartrip this doing this many times because they issue the adult seat first and then the infant separate to save money! Apparently, we were not the first to face this issue so they know what was to be done and fixed it. YOU CANNOT PUT US THROUGH THIS FOR SAVING MONEY! SHAME ON YOU CLEARTRIP! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

The easiest app I’ve used with finding flights and hotels. I will recommend it to all my friends! It’s awesome! Couldn’t believe the low prices on top of the extra discounts offered on the flights/hotels!

Cleartrip used to be the place to go but sadly, that is not the case anymore. The prices have gone up and they’ve become somewhat greedy. Sharing and selling customer information in order to make money. Not a good idea. I know many people that have stopped using Cleartrip because of this. I’m now forced to use flight network and cheapoair to book my tickets because Cleartrip prices have gone way up! It’s really not good to do this to your long time customers. You’re going to loose business doing such things in the long run because people will leave negative reviews for you. The app updates are almost completely useless as well. Not to mention, that they charge a convenience fee!?!?!!! When you’re booking a flight form Cleartrip they charge you a desperate convenience fee which no other website does... That is how they steal from you without you even knowing about it. No other website or business that I’m aware of charges a convenience fee. They don’t tell you about it until you’ve picked your flight and you’re ready to pay for it... Suddenly, it pops up and says that you have to pay a convenience fee which can be anywhere from 30-50AED depending on the price of your flight. Ridiculous and outrageous. I’ll never be using Cleartrip again because of the things that they do. Greedy business that does not care about their customers.
