NobelApp Calls and Top Ups

Good app, but very bad customer services, I bought a plan but when I wanted to link my account continuously an error came up and said the account is linked with other devices, which I just made with my phone and now trying to use it by my phone again. I was between a call, it finished my call, and it took 10-15 minutes to activate that plan, after that funny error. After 15 min, I lost my important call unfortunately, and when I called there 24/7 customer services, after a long waiting it said we are busy and unable answer you, I tried to chat through the app with help, after a min they didn’t answer me at all.

The app doesn’t do what it should. Adding money for use in calling is extremely slow. And I can only add one amount. Nolelcom does not recognize the free bonus minutes awarded when I downloaded the app. Nor will it allow me to add “deals” to the same account I linked during the initial set up. I used “deals” once And now I can’t refill using the same process. All of this is extraordinarily frustrating. I hope some of this problems can be quickly addressed.

Ive been using noble calling cards for many years and now the app has made it quicker and readily available on my phone with all my contacts all over the world and you cannot find that any other affordable rates like noble !
