I am very pleased to share with you that SCFCU is my favorite banking institution. I have used other US banks with some negative experiences. That has not been the case with SCFCU. When anything “wrong” has happened, tellers and managers have been able to resolve the situation in my favor, regardless of whether I am in the US or away. Thank you, SCFCU!

Just don’t like it as much as previous version. This is harder to read. Please take into consideration that I graduated from High School. With highest honors in the top of the bottom 25. I did the 6 year program cause I wanted to. Just kidding. Ok so numbers should be in RED as a withdrawn and when money is deposited it should be green. My only beef.

When you first open the mobile app there is a message that says something to the effect “if this is your first time - - - - - - . Not sure why I have to keep seeing those types of messages every time? Obviously after I clear the message the first time I shouldn’t have to see it again. I would rather be able to just enter my password without having to move things around so I can get to a clear space for the password.
