I lost my mom to Covid 19 and others. And needed some money that was On hold till a checked cleared. They went and release some so I could take care of my family. Them in a few days I received a condolence card in the mail! This bank is like my family, and I love them so much. We love Sun Federal, they really help with your finances, car loans, and whatever you might need that you can’t get from a bank!! I know our officers by a first name basis!! Bob, Barbara, Ramon, and Samantha along with the other staff at the Market Street office in Philadelphia, PA. are a great team!! They go above and beyond!! Thank you Sun Federal for making my husband and I lives a better quality of living!!

Customer service is superb. I feel like I am a valued person to Sun Federal and not just a customer. Everyone is polite, friendly and professional and truly care about how they can help. Sun Federal must be a great place to work because everyone is always so upbeat and positive during transactions.
