Mechanics Bank Mobile Banking

Thank you for making your Mechanics Bank App easy to use!! It is streamlined for people like myself who are not that tech savvy. This app tells me everything I need to know, when I need to know it. I love that I can also quickly find my routing # on this app along with pictures of the checks I have written. I would highly recommend this app to other customers.

Just wanted to say it’s nice to do with the bank where the people are so friendly and so willing to help and go out of their way not just a number that you walked in. They actually know your name they’re fraud department is key. I’ve been sent a couple of text messages in regards to my card being used somewhere and they make it all so easy to fix it. I would highly recommend it. At least the one in Ojai.

This app is pretty bad. All you can do is look at your recent transactions, transfer funds, view images of cleared checks and make mobile check deposits. I am treasurer of a non-profit that for some reason uses this bank. The app is only useful for our organization because I can access our account from my phone at any time to check our balance and review new transactions. You can’t dispute transactions or cancel checks and you can only view transactions going back about 45 days. You would think a bank would have a much more features on its app! There’s no bill pay either (not that we would use it). The website on the other hand is great, very easy to use and a great search feature that makes it extremely easy to find certain transactions and cleared checks. I would love it if the app had that option too.
