Well, I didn’t really like the convenience but now is my three strikes rule. I looked on every choice in the app to try to find a way to contact someone There is no way. Last year the app wouldn’t let me car wash and I was in a hurry I needed to get to work and it charged me anyway I thought it might’ve been my fault. This morning I pulled in No one was there. I started the app I selected the wash as I always did. I pulled up to the door and waited. Nothing happened. I waited a little longer on parking behind me. I waited a little longer. Nothing happened. I let the other card pull up and she said it’s not working but I was charged twice so now I think I need to be credited for three washes if someone reads this. TJ 1/27 at 6:33

I’ve been using this app for over 2 years at my local car wash (Troy’s Finest Car & Pet Wash). Initially, I downloaded the app because they were running a promotion for a free car wash with the app download but I have continued using it because I found it to be very convenient and efficient. Gone are the days of hanging halfway out of my car window, trying to insert my credit card into the kiosk. Now, I don’t even have to roll my window down because everything is done through the app- from wash selections and payment to actually starting the wash itself. I also love the Loyalty Point program which has earned me countless free car washes over the years. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is due to the outdated user interface of the app. The app itself is functional but it is not very intuitive and lacks modernity. However, that will not hinder my use of the app because the convenience far outweighs the cons of the app design and interface.

I’ve been using this app for a while and it was really handy at first until you realize how it steals money from you. The issue is that there is absolutely no way to email or contact ANYONE through the app to report an issue. I bought 12minutes through the app and after I sent it through I realized the bay I was using wasn’t lit up anymore. So I waited a bit to see if it would still function but nothing ever happened even though the app said it was sent through successfully. I understand that the main issue is with the car wash. I had to Google the car wash to get a phone number to contact anyone. I called the number and left a message and didn’t get a call back. If the app had a way to report issues like this, it would make things so much easier. I want my $6 back, yeah it’s “only $6” but it’s just the fact that I spent the money and got screwed. I’m probably going to switch back to cash and ditch the app after going through this issue.
