It technically works but this app clearly wasn’t designed with best practices. Feels like something I’d expect from a high schooler learning app dev for the first time. Sorry, just being honest because I know you are capable of better. Don’t limit yourself, dev.

As the title states this app is terrible, horrible even. The services that are offered from the local wash are excellent but this app is a burning pile of garbage. I’d honestly rather swallow shards of glass over deal with the frustrations of using this poorly (being very kind here) optimized app. Adding a vehicle is impossible to the point that I thought the need for doing so was removed from the app. I am paying for 15 WASHES a month. How I used those 15 washes I figured was my choice….. Well that would make too much sense, took my wife’s vehicle to the wash and got a message saying that’s not ok and I need to add her vehicle… fine no big deal…. Or at least it wouldn’t be if you could add another da** vehicle and it process in the app. App repeatably tells me I need to add credit card info, this may surprise you but it has that info right in my profile. When I attempt to add my card it doesn’t process, when I attempt to add my wife’s vehicle surprise, surprise it doesn’t process. Please for the love of god optimize your app so it works or I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Quite concerned as I just purchased the monthly Works pass, received a link in a text message, followed the link to download an App, opened the App and entered my phone number. Upon entering my number, I saw two things of BIG concern, and to my knowledge never agreed to, or signed any terms and conditions. First, unbeknownst to me, I was auto-enrolled in a $35 a month wash subscription. This is alarming as I hadn’t authorized this subscription, nor do I approve of any company doing this without providing adequate information. The prompt at the carwash, nor App eluded to this. I had to dive into the App interface to see it. Second, more alarming is that my credit card information was clearly stored and auto-populated into this App. Without approval. Again, I did NOT consent to your company storing my information or transferring it from the payment pad to this App. I question what security measures are in place, since there wasn’t information provided up front or terms to agree to. Very alarming! Never did I expect to download an app to find I was automatically enrolled in a subscription, and that my credit card information had automatically populated from a transaction. Possible litigation.
