The app itself works as designed never really had a problem until I was forced to reset my password which forced me to the web. I use a password manager so I copy/paste my passwords into the field. What your website is doing is cutting off the ending of the text in the password field but doesn't tell you that your password is too long. it just cuts it off and says your good. When you go to use it in the mobile app you get an error saying your account doesn't exist. This is rather jarring particularly when you have to reset your password over and over trying to figure out if someone is trying to hack into your account. The only way i was able to catch this is I finally hit the show password when in the reset password area on the web and noticed that the password field was cutting off my paste. Now I'm able to login to the app again. Someone needs to put a warning somewhere or a red "x" on the length instead of just cutting off the text making people think you've taken what we've posted.

This app NEVER works the way it should anymore. It doesn’t update when it should to let me know how much I have to keep from overdrawing from my funds. Because of this I’ve gone into overdraft twice. I tried calling and going automated but when I put in my account number, it tells me my account doesn’t even exist which clearly it does. There’s always something going on with this app and I hate it. Everything would be fine if it actually worked. But it doesn’t EVER. Don’t count on being able to monitor your money whenever you need to. It’s horrible. The Credit Union itself is great but the app and phone services are garbage. IT needs to tighten up.
