Founders FCU – Mobile Banking

While using a large bank for many years, I was unaware at the time, that I was about to make one of the best financial decision ever. Unexpectedly life had throne me a curve, and I was tasked with having to purchase a vehicle. However I found myself in a predicament, due to not making good, sound financial decisions, earlier in my life , I was plagued with a low credit score. Having to ascertain another automobile was a necessity. After locating one I went to my financial institution, and began the tedious process of attempting to finance it. Having being a long time customer as well as a first responder for my state, I was confident that they would assist me in the purchasing process . After explaining my situation to the bank, I was going to be faced with an extremely high interest rate, one that I just could not afford. With all of my options exhausted, someone referred me to Founders. So, I located my local Founders credit union and set up a meeting. I explained to the representative my credit score dilemma, and the gravity of my situation. Within a short period of time, the founders representative presented me with an interest rate that I was able to afford, and made it possible for me to purchase the automobile. I have spent half my life assisting others, and now Founders was taking a chance on me. I immediately changed financial institutions and have never looked back, it has been by far One of the best decision I’ve ever made, and to this day, there’s has never been a situation that Founders has not been able assist me with, whether it has been the building and financing of my residence, to the theft of my credit cards. Founders employees have always been pleasant to deal with an extremely helpful. Founders go the extra mile, lt’s the little things, for instance, thanking me for my service, or being quick although extremely accurate. Founders has made it possible for me to become financially stable. I always recommend Founders to anyone who ask me for advice, I will not bank anywhere else. Thank you Founders. This app is new and improved from the old Founders app. There are many new features that are very helpful and make online banking a breeze. The new app allows you to view all accounts you are associated with under one login, so you no longer have to have multiple logins for each account. You are now able to easily open new accounts and apply for loans, notate your card for traveling, and transfer funds to other Founders members. They also offer different backgrounds, such as USC and Clemson, to customize your account. The new app makes it very easy to view and keep track of your accounts, since it allows you to rename and also hide accounts you do not wish to view every time you login. I am very happy that Founders has such a great app to make being a member even better!

I absolutely LOVE the new online banking issue that has been presented to us as members. The app is SO easy and convenient to use and even has the convenience of Touch ID and passcode options that make it even easier to access all of my accounts in less than a minute. I check my accounts often and I have had ZERO issues with my new Founders app. I’m excited to see a change and revamp to all of the new features that this app offers and also that we can do anything within this app that we can do in the web browser as well; something that couldn’t be said about the old system/app. Also, the self-service that this app provides!! I can block my own card, place travel notifications, mobile check deposits, rename my accounts to make accessing the correct ones easier, etc. The transition was smooth and the change is amazing.
