I will never buy another product (software or hardware) from this company. They have zero support for this product but they continue to sell it. I very, very rarely write bad reviews because I know how detrimental it can be to a business but these guys obviously don’t care about their users. This app crashes every time I open it. I only opened it because they don’t have a Mac app which they claim they do. So basically this controller is useless to me. I’m seriously incredibly irritated by the disregard for their users.

I was excited to use this to record and play loops from loopy - it is really difficult to program, it doesn't work for Garageband like they claim it does. I wasted money on the stomp box and more on amplitude and all that crap. Ik multimedia basically baits and switches you into products that don't live up to their promises. And they nickel and dime you for every tiny piece of software they can. It pisses me off everytime I dust this junk off and kid myself into thinking me and my son can have some simple backing tracks that we can toggle through. Disappoints EVERY time. Don't waste your time and money like I have.

The functionality of this app is as expected, but every single time I launch the app to connect my BlueBoard, it prompts me twice to buy their other apps. So annoying! I know you’re trying to convert people to your paid apps, but please respect that we’ve already purchased one of your products and just add a button to the menu or give us an option to disable those prompts. They REALLY get in the way of being able to use the app and the device.
