Iโm not one to write reviews but Iโve quite enjoyed this game, itโs very satisfying and has just enough unique mechanics to keep me coming back without getting bored. There are a few bugs Iโve noticed but arenโt game-breaking at all and can be fixed with an app reset, such as these โrock spikesโ that shoot out of the ground causing coins to start to phase through objects and other coins (maybe shifting them into the z-axis?) and other small issues. Overall very fun game, I greatly enjoyed the new grinders as well as the improved upgrade system as I have a bit more decision making when spending my gems. Developer Advice: Most of the special coins are either useless or overshadowed by other coins and I tend to use the same 3-4 per stage. Bomb, chaotic, pulse, and seed all seem to be pretty weak and could use some reworks or buffs.
The games concept is pretty good and simple, but thereโs nothing worse you could do for player retention than forcing an ad every 2-3 minutes. Yes, thatโs actually how common they are. DEVS: Whenever a game forces an ad on me (and Iโd assume the average player as well) it triggers a mental check of โIs it worth it to sit through this?โ or, more bluntly, โDo I want to close the game right now?โ I think a big reason why this mental check is so strong is due to the barebones nature of this game (which is NOT inherently a bad thing). I would assume if I had a lot of in-game actions waiting for me to pursue after the ad, iโd be a lot more willing to wait, but you naturally walk a fine line with a low-stimulating game mixed with a high volume of ads (the cash bonus I wouldโve otherwise earned in 5 seconds of gameplay is not a strong enough incentive to sit through the ad and deem it as a โrewardโ). While I understand money needs to be made and the mobile gaming market is NOTHING but strictly business, incentivize me to spend money on your game instead of incentivizing me to close it.
Just know that this is not some botted review and i actually played this game and have seen what it is about. Compared to the majority of games on the app store, this game gives you an ad uncommonly, about every 4-5 minutes which is very generous towards the player and also doesnt flood your screen with rewarded ads. The gameplay is nice and entertaining and very unobstructed actually allowing the player to play. The one star reviews i see that talk about very frequent ads make absolutely no sense to me, unless their standards are just brought up with adless games like roblox or minecraft and such.
