Edit: ordered 2 prescriptions 2.5 weeks ago via the app and the Pharmacy never received them to request via the doctors. App doesn’t perform the one function it’s supposed to do, and says prescriptions are ‘ready’ when they’re not. This is the 3rd time that Right Medicine have decided to migrate to a new app provider, but haven’t bothered to allow users to migrate their prescriptions and data over… meaning it all has to done manually again. Additionally the database connected to this app doesn’t recognise some barcodes for medicines and doesn’t allow you to find them.
Just been forced to change to a new app with the old one I’d order at the end of a week and receive the following week with the new one you order wait 10days then the medication is sent out. Looks like I’m gonna have to find a different pharmacy and delivery service.
Old app was easier to use
