I downloaded it just for a laugh, thinking I’d knock out a few opponents. I beat one boss, and then they tell me I can't play without a subscription—there's a 3-day trial, then it's $10 a month. I’d get it if this were a famous game or something people actually cared about, but it doesn't even have 1,000 ratings—and the score is around 4-something, which is obviously inflated. There's no point downloading this game; just do push-ups yourself and don't waste your money. I’d understand paying $10 for a war game where you get special perks, but for a game where people just compete in push-ups? I don't get it. Until they make it free, it's clear this game isn't going to become any more popular.
Questions were fine. It really doesn’t cost that much if you’re using it to get in shape it’s very useful. The modes are fun and If you just play the game it’s not bad. Ya it’s made with ai but ai shouldn’t stop you from actually trying the app and using it for its intended purpose.
Idea was cool. Make push ups into a interactive game. But you immediately lost me with the AI art style. Feels absolutely cheap and forgettable with the copy and paste chatgpt designs. I’m getting tired of every media and app being the same ai art. Pick up a pencil or hire an artist if you want to stand out. I didn’t even get the chance to move to the 2nd level and immediately push a subscription paywall. Again every single app doing the copy and paste ask to sign up for an account then give me a questionnaire to pretend they care about me then hit boom, paywall. This app feels nothing but a trend hopper than authentic. I rather deal with interrupting ads than a subscription paywall wall
