The guy is real and authentic. Nice guy knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I've tried many of these apps, most are very finicky. But this one is very easy to navigate and works perfectly at advertised. I did need the premium subscription for a few extra features that turned it to be completely worth it. If you're looking to transform your body this is the app for you.

I’ve always been too lazy to track my workouts because past apps I’ve used have so many ads and are clunky to manage. I always end up back on Google Sheets. This app is clean, gives me exactly the inputs I’m looking for, and shows me my progress over time in a quick snapshot which keeps me motivated to keep going. I will use this app for years!!
