This app is so creative! Through my fitness journey, discipline has always been the hardest thing to master because I’m often not motivated to go workout in the mornings or afternoons. This app helps you through just about any emotion you may be feeling by building a workout plan for you to follow. For me, once I get over the hurdle of deciding to go to the gym, it feels like I have to face another hurdle by figuring out what I’ll do that day. I really enjoy this and am glad to see the progress I’ve made over time. Download it - you won’t regret it!
I’ve really been enjoying the Mood app because it’s so user-friendly and takes a lot of the guesswork out of planning my workouts. One of my favorite features is being able to customize workouts based on the specific muscle group I’m targeting that day. It saves me so much time from searching for exercises and trying to piece together a routine myself. Everything is organized in a way that’s easy to navigate, making it simple to stay consistent and focused on my fitness goals. 10/10 Highly recommend for anyone who wants a more personalized workout experience without overcomplicating things.
MOOD is lowkey one of the better fitness apps I’ve used. I like that it builds workouts around how I’m actually feeling instead of expecting me to be at 100% every day. Whether I’m trynna lock in or just get a decent workout in, it always gives me something solid. The social aspect is also a huge W. Seeing friends post workouts, keeping up with progress, and hyping each other up makes it way more motivating than tracking workouts by yourself. Super clean app, easy to use, and honestly just makes working out more fun. Excited to see where it goes
