Rox: Chronic Illness Care

I love this app! It really helps me see through my severe health anxiety and stress. Talks me through my symptoms and reminds me to keep on top of medications. Very reassuring. I love it!

This app has completely changed how I track all my symptoms and meds. I previously had Juno, but then I heard how detailed Rox was and instantly downloaded it. I suffer from POTS, EDS, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis and HSD. There’s so many routine meds and rescue meds to keep track of. I am early in my journey of POTS and MCAS and was desperately trying to figure out my triggers. This app syncs to my Apple Watch Health App and shows your data and the triggers that come with it. It’s so easy to use and you can also use it to vent to and get reassurance. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that stresses about getting everything together before a doctor’s appointment! It’ll make a print out of your data for you!

I was just recently diagnosed with a tachycardia and needed help tracking palpitations and other symptoms. This app has made it so much easier! It has even helped me with other tracking of medications. The chat is very helpful too, has a ton of other features.
