I reached up to $55 something and I was able to cash out because I purchased a $4.99 pack. so I waited for them to deposit the money into my PayPal account. Well, I noticed I had money put in my PayPal account, but it was only $5. So so I had a message in the game center, and it said that regrettably they could not deposit the amount that I had won because there was an error in their system on how much money I won so they credited me back the amount I paid for the pack, but refused to pay me the money that I had won because they said they had a glitch in their system. Glitches in these games happen often, but not. in our favor but in their favor because once you start to win when you keep playing the money, starts to go away slowly then when you hit about three dollars you’ll win again and start going back up and then you’ll go back down. This is a huge scam. These people should be reported. This system should be fixed and I’m trying to find a customer service number for them which I can’t find, but I will get in touch with them and I will try to handle this situation situation as best as possible, but for anybody who is looking to you know once you cross that threshold of money being able to cash out, please do not buy a huge pack like by the smallest like I did the 499 and see what happens. Let’s start off with how terrible support is in app and on the discord group. They are honestly no help at all if you can even get a hold of them. Yes you can win some money in the beginning. After a little bit though you’ll notice you can burn through $1000 on $.10 spins and literally not even land a bonus game on anything. Lotta issues with the app and not getting paid what you’re supposed to get paid. I’ve had no problems redeeming for the most part but there’s a lot of issues with the app that will cause you to miss out on a lot of money if you’re not paying attention. If you do not report the mistakes, this platform will do nothing to correct them on their own. All in all if you do play on this platform, go with small deposits like very small and when you hit on anything decent, pull out your money and quit playing the app. I doubt this one will be around for very long with the amount of issues that are going on.
