This game is a total scam. It is hard to win money and you have to deposit if you want to redeem. However, when you try to redeem and verify your email address, you never receive a verification email. And when you try to contact customer service, it is an automated response which is no help whatsoever. Also, when you try to redeem, you have a minimum amount you must win before you can redeem, and then it will only allow you to redeem 60% of what you have won. But again it doesn’t allow you to withdraw anything because it won’t send any verification link for you to withdraw it. The positive reviews for this app are obviously written by the scammers that own this app. When I went to research the app, I found that even the Apple Store says this app it is a scam. But why do they still have it on their Apple Store knowing it’s a scam???? Don’t be taken like I was. You will only lose everything you purchase. Because you can’t redeem any winnings if you should win any. And remember, customer service is nonexistent.

I’ve used this app for several months. Now all of a sudden I’m stuck at 99% when loading. I have a balance on the account and can’t access it. I’m very annoyed.

Do not spend money on this game. When I raised an issue, customer service offered me in-game compensation multiple times and then retracted it every time. They then spent days telling me to “wait patiently” while passing me between departments that apparently have no authority to do anything. When I followed up, they claimed I never accepted their offer. When I tried to accept again, suddenly it required a high level review. Any legitimate business would have a manager contact a dissatisfied customer within 24 hours. Two weeks from now they will still be saying the department is processing the request. It is a stall tactic and nothing more. Save your money.
