Best programming! Before TOM I would switch from one program to the next and never really follow through on the full 8 weeks or 12 weeks or whatever the program was. I get bored too easily. Then I found TOM. I’ve officially been doing TOM workouts consistently for a year and have yet to crave a new program. If you’re looking for a one stop shop in your training, this is it.
I’ve been following this strength training program since 2020 and still love it. It’s a great mix of mobility, conventional strength training, power development and athletic training. It’s a thoughtfully designed program that makes it easy to keep progressing in the gym no matter your experience or fitness level. The program creators are highly knowledgeable and always open to feedback.
Since losing 40+ pounds and using 6 different apps for food, nutrition, and workouts, this is one of the very best workout apps I’ve ever seen. The app loads quickly, the workouts are easily adjusted, the timers are not intrusive to the workout at all, the videos are super clear, and Jason and Laura are always taking in feedback and making more workouts and videos and adjustments the community is asking for. I debated getting the app for over a year and I’ve felt a lot stronger since making the switch. Your music can play in the background, it tracks your weight lifting history, and you can ask questions in the community forum. Any exercise can be switched out with another you prefer, and the mobility sections are really helpful. I could not recommend it enough!
