Bad experience
I purchased the app because it appeared to be related to Higgsfield based on the logo and branding, but after using it I realized it is not the service I expected. The app experience has been very disappointing. I have encountered multiple bugs, account/login issues, and the generated results do not match the quality that was advertised or expected. I was also unable to properly access or manage my account outside the mobile app. Because of this, I am unsatisfied with the purchase and would like to request a full refund for the annual subscription. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I would like to request a refund. I’m not satisfied with the service because the generated outputs are inaccurate and I was unable to use the product as expected. I already consumed credits trying to fix errors. I hope you can consider a refund as a goodwill gesture. Thank you.
