The app doesn’t allow you to enter and monitor side effects. It would be nice to also include automatic dosage reminders linked to your calendar or notifications. Not as useful as it should be especially a prescription medication with no management of side effects is baffling!

There was no notification for needing to create a new account until this week. When you call the help phone number listed in the app it puts you into an endless loop. Found a different number to call online and they couldn’t help. On the 3rd or 4th try I finally got someone who could submit a ticket for support. I got an email from support with yet another phone number that put me into a different endless loop! No I find out that all of my past date will just be lost?!?! This is a ridiculously poor user experience, especially since we will be forced to use the app after December!!

In order to use the app you have to set up a whole new account and it doesn’t import the data from the web application. For a company like Novo Nordisk, that’s literally making billions and billions of euros from this medication, it seems unfathomable that they couldn’t afford to pay someone to come up with a way to migrate users’ accounts and data from one platform to another but it seems you can at least add the data manually. Otherwise the app seems ok.
