Talk Macros

As someone who’s has worked and lived in the fitness space for 10+ years I’ve tracked my calories in some fashion that entire time. All of the classic apps just felt too clunky and weren’t super user friendly. With Talk Macros tracking just feels super intuitive and simple. As someone who runs my own business and is constantly on the go this was the app I needed to help me adhere to my nutritional goals!

The best macro tracking app I’ve ever used. As a mom of three tracking macros helps me make sure I’m eating enough to support my hormones, so that I feel good, and in turn am a better mom. I’ve used all the other tracking apps in the past, and they were always too complicated, time consuming, and unreliable. Talk macros enables me to literally just tell the app what I ate and then it does the work for me. Which is the most ideal because I don’t have the extra brain space to keep track of yet another thing on my own nor the time to waste trying to figure out how to manually input everything into an app. But being able to make sure I’m eating enough of the right things for my health goals is super important to me and this app is like my own little macro tracking personal assistant. It’s also incredibly visually appealing - simple, clean, minimal. I love it!

I am horrendous at following through on tracking my macros because quite frankly, I’m lazy. Talk macros makes it sooooo easy i don’t even have to pic up my phone! Seeing the changes in my physique shows me that this is paying off and just helping keep the habit up is really the biggest benefit for me
