Hi, Started using this Device for the last 10 days with iOS app. Getting frustrated to start the functions as it is not responding to the actions. I’m using iPhone 17 pro max phone and with latest update but don’t know the software is too sluggish to respond to end the session command, activating the sensors, entering the details for new session and so on. Can you look into this.

I had a fantastic Curapod demo with Coach Grace—clear, crisp, and packed with value. She didn’t just explain the platform; she made it come alive. Grace turns tech into a friendly conversation and learning into a smooth ride. If every demo were like this, I’d sign up twice just for the experience!

It takes 5-10 minutes everyday for me to start a session, the app is very erratic and does not start the session. The errors are invisible. I bought it for my mother who lives away from me, but there is no way she would be able to use this erratic app by herself. It will just end up in non usage from her and will catch dust in some part of the home.
