MoodBoss™ helps women easily track their cycle phases and understand in advance how their mood, energy, and need for support will change. The app transforms dry data into a clear ""emotion forecast"" using a five-point scale:

• Reminders about important cycle phases and possible changes in well-being
• Tips on ""how to help your partner today"" — men receive notifications directly on their phones
