The Now Me app has truly been a game-changer for me. I love how it meets me exactly where I’m at—no pressure, no unrealistic expectations—just real support at my own pace. Now Me has completely changed how I work out. The workouts are super effective, easy to follow, and tailored to my goals. I love the clean interface, motivating voice coaching, and the mix of fitness and mindfulness features. It keeps me consistent and actually excited to work out. I’ve tried many apps, but this one really stands out. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel stronger and more confident!

App has a lot of downsides. I got it because I follow Sosa Jhons for a while and admire his work. Unfortunately this app seems to not be ready paid for a month membership and its so hard to navigate it asks you a couple of questions about what you eat and what kind of equipment you have. I travel for work and for me it depends on where I am what kind of equipment I have for the day. Well theres no way in the app to change the equipment option or if you lost wait etc. just makes no sense I feel like they should not be charging at this time until it is fully developed for $15 a month there are way beter alternatives out there
