Overall, it’s a great app. I like that every time the week starts it lets you select what week you want to follow, it didn’t do that before. I also like that you can edit your recipes and switch ingredients when needed. However, there’s a feature I think this app can improve, and it’s when you’re creating your own recipes. It doesn’t let you add a picture, nor add extra stuff like condiments or sauces. And it doesn’t let you write your own preparation for the recipe, it always lets AI do it for you. I think this feature can improve a lot. If this app improves, I’ll come back and give it 5 stars!!
My whole life I tried to live a fit life and always fell on the wrong app, until my nutritionist provided this app for my recipes. Is the best so far can’t even compare to what’s out there. 100% recommended!
This app is easy to navigate, the weekly shopping list makes it easy to go to the grocery store, I love you can rate the recipes so your nutritionist knows what you like and don’t like, I also really like the fact that you can switch either the meal or the ingredients, that’s an awesome feature! Because it gives you options and you can adapt it to your preference or to your pantry. It’s good that it has reminders. And you can track your water. What I like the most is the fact the nutritionists can keep track of what you ate and your progress. I would add more futures to it. You can only work on the phone or iPad , not on the computer. I would prefer to work on the computer when checking out my weekly plan and making changes to it. You cannot turn the iPad around horizontal it has to stay vertical. I would add that feature too. You cannot delete the meals, that is a big problem. If you happen to skip a meal, or go out to eat that day because you have a work meeting or a family celebration, you can’t. You can only add preselected portions of your current plan. For example add 1 Fruit , 2 Cereals etc. what if you had a sofa? A cookie? Pizza? No place to write at least a note stating you were not able to follow the plan because you went out to eat, or you skipped the meal because you were at the pool and forgot! That way the nutritionist can see the note and take it into consideration. You cannot add either “things you are not supposed to eat” like a soda or a cookie. Or notes for the nutricionista to read why you didn’t follow the plan or skipped a meal. I think that is very important since they are trying to help you eat better, being able to identify patters will help greatly.
