Not only did every single person get locked out when they switched apps and had to wait forever on hold to get back in, we got a new app that is TERRIBLE. Each transaction if 5 LINES so you it’s a word search to find out what it was, no more deposits in green. Seems like this was a downgrade to a cheaper version of the app. So disappointing.
