I’ll be honest. I hate exercise. But more than that I hate the loss of mobility that I begin to encounter in my 60s. By resolving to do at least a 15 minute exercise every day, my balance and mobility are improving. I love the convenience of the app so that I’m one tap away from air playing it on my TV to exercise every afternoon. Thanks for making exercise accessible for me.

I found this program after having a stroke and needing something that would gently bring my strength and coordination back. I now do it daily and enjoy many of the specific, targeted classes they offer as well as doing the monthly challenge classes. And their customer service is superb!

Better5 offers a large library of exercises that I use frequently. I’ve used the knee repair program after knee surgery as well as the hip program. Many seated yoga programs too! Every instructor has been easy to follow. I would recommend Better5 to anyone that wants a fair priced exercise app.
