I’ve been doing these workouts for several years now. I love that there’s such a wide variety of workouts and they’re short in length so I can do 2-3 different workouts a day. Lots of low impact and standing only options. I always finish up with the Weight Loss Walk. The online community is great for accountability and encouragement. I’ve made some wonderful new friends in the community. Deron Buboltz is very helpful and involved in the community. The community feels like my workout family.

Bloom Young offers a great range of exercises with many different types - boxing, cardio, strength, resistance. Also include quick 10 minutes and longer approx 30 minute sessions too. The app makes it very easy and has full screen expand on an iPad. Really love this elite program and it allows me to exercise at my current level - whether I need to start easy or need more challenging workouts.

I am so excited that this app is finally available as I have been an avid Bloom Young follower (and user) for a few years. I tell my friends and family about the site and now I can tell them their library can exist on the app! Congratulations to the Bloom Young team!
