15 days of delay and zero accountability from customer support. My experience with Aqualogica has been awful. It has been over 15 days since I placed my order, and there is still no sign of delivery or any clear update. Reaching out to customer care is completely useless—responses are either missing or vague copy-paste templates that resolve nothing. Taking customers' money without fulfilling orders or providing basic support is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from them.

I’m not sure about your other products, but you seriously need to reconsider your delivery partner and customer service. I ordered a perfume from your company, but I never received my package. What’s worse is that I keep getting daily messages from the delivery company stating that the delivery failed because I was unavailable. However, I was never contacted—no calls or attempts were made to actually deliver the order. I also tried reaching your customer support, but there was no response. There is no option to connect with a live agent. Each time, I’m asked to provide my contact number for a callback, but I have not received any call so far. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
