Haven - Mind Body Breath

Having never done breathwork before, I started with the 2-week challenge. The lessons were brief and easy to follow. I found myself noticing my breath throughout the day and my body wanting to take deeper, fuller breaths. I moved on to some of the other breathing practices - who knew there were so many ways to breathe! I am loving the app - it is comprehensive and very easy to navigate. I also appreciate the Sound Healing Library which creates a calming atmosphere for my own meditation.

Valerie at Haven Breathwork has truly been a life-changing find, but what’s been an absolute lifesaver is her app. Whether I’m in the middle of a stressful day or just need a moment to recenter, the app makes it so easy to find exactly what I need, right when I need it. It’s thoughtfully designed, incredibly accessible, and perfect for support on the go. Of course, being in Valerie’s presence is something special—her calming, intentional energy makes you feel safe and supported the moment you walk into her space. She’s helped me work through deep stress and trauma and always meets me with compassion and care. I’m so grateful for both her and the tools she’s created. I’ll continue this work with her for as long as I can.
