stuck at OTP, it not even send to my contact number

Appointments not synced, laboratory results not available, bills not available. Useless app. Please sync entire customer profile here, else do not ask customer to download the app since there is nothing we can use

Why it’s so hard to Sign up / Register? I’ve tried so many times but ended up with “Registration Failed”. It kept showing this when I was almost done. Why? If the App of the hospital is not working well with the patients then we install it for what? What a waste of time trying to Sign Up to have my own profile and to make the appointment with the doctor. The developer / The Columbia Asia Hospital the owner of this App, you need to look into the problems and fix it ASAP.
