Additionally, the gardening gloves included in the order were missing, and the delivery executive informed me they would be delivered separately the next day. Secondly, the delivery experience was extremely poor. The order was originally supposed to arrive on Sunday, but it was only delivered late at night on Tuesday. There was no proper communication regarding the delay or split delivery. Every day I kept following up and was repeatedly assured that the order would arrive the same day, which never happened. Overall, the entire experience felt highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering the reputation Urvann has online. I expected much better quality, transparency, and customer service. I hope the team provides a proper resolution regarding: • The missing plant • The missing gloves • The poor condition and mismatched plants • The unnecessary delays and lack of communication Very disappointed with my first experience.
