I had a disappointing experience with the Vibly app as a first-time user. The app promoted an offer saying that for ₹1, I could talk to a friend for 9 minutes. To access the feature, I recharged ₹29 and received 90 coins. However, after just one 9-minute call, almost the entire balance was deducted, which felt misleading because the offer was not explained clearly. Another issue was the matching system. The app claims to match users based on mood and compatibility, but I was matched with someone who had a completely different mindset and conversation style. I also noticed a profile with a male name but a female display photo, which raised concerns about profile authenticity. When I contacted customer support, I did not receive a proper explanation. The support team simply stated that call rates depend on multiple parameters and then asked me to continue the conversation over email. There was no transparent clarification about how the coins were deducted or why the “₹1 for 9 minutes” offer worked differently in reality. As a new user, this experience felt misleading and poorly handled. The app should clearly explain pricing, coin deductions, and profile verification to avoid confusion and disappointment for users.
I wondered why the coins displayed is not matching with talktime. Suppose I purchased 3000 coins and at the rate of 9/min I would expect around 300 minutes talktime. But when u start call at the rate of 9/min the talktime only shows 90 mins. May be app team have hidden conversion factor of coins in display and coins per minute talktime. They think it is smart but it is misleading. If they look for one time users then it’s upto them. If they want reliable customers they should not do this practice. Why the hell there is conversion factor? Let it simple and transparent. Also it don’t have options for blocking and favouriting a profile. There are genuine and fake profiles too. Some times the calls connect but no response from opposite end.I am not sure whetehr this is connectivity issue with app or profiles just doing malpractice of taking calls and not talking to mint few coins as users wait for atleast 10 seconds before dropping call.
Vibely is such a refreshing way to meet new people! The design is clean and user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to start a conversation. The language support is a big plus — it really helps break down barriers and connect with people from different cultures. The recent updates have made the app feel smoother and more responsive. It’s clear the developers are listening to feedback and working hard to improve the experience. Great app for anyone looking to make meaningful new connections!
