The bicah app has really helped me get into a new workout groove. I love that Chloe included a calendar to track habits as well. We have a pretty good set up at home for home workouts so I do the 5 day a week home program and modify as needed. I played soccer competitively growing up and through college and this has helped me regain a sense of confidence and personal accomplishment. I love being able to track sets in the app as well. I haven’t used any recipes yet but I truly couldn’t recommend the app more especially if you’re in a funk with workouts or the gym in general. I honestly never know what the next day is going to hold!

Chloe as really got this down. this app is so nice with all the features. it helps keep me motivated to have someone else plan my workouts. It’s also nice to have video demonstrations because some exercises have multiple names. Overall, totally worth the money and can’t wait to work through the programs and recipes!

In the first few seconds of scrolling through the apps layout & what Bicah has to offer, you can tell that it was created beautifully! I am so excited to start the Bicah Busy Body program. As a mom of a 2 year old & a career where my hours are shift work, I can see this program working wonderfully for my lifestyle! Ready to start my 8 week program!
