Could y’all make it to where you can train push ups and squats or whatever variation of workout at the same time or different times during the week. Because us not able to change the workout or customize it causes imbalances
I love the app, but I wish it could support two goals. Right now, it’s limited to only one focus (exercise)
I’m just now learning about the Grease the Groove Workout philosophy. Everything has been great, just as was described in the description. I’d love to share with friends to share progress, challenge each other, and compete a bit. Seems like a natural next step!
