Gout Buddy - Stop Gout Attacks

This app has changed everything about the way I think about my gout symptoms. I unfortunately was diagnosed with having a “mirroring” gout so I was getting it in both feet making me unable to walk. I work in restaurants so it’s just not an option, but now I can scan food, labels, or type it in an make the best choice to consume it or not. Thanks GoutBuddy for letting me take control.

Can’t believe there’s an app for gout now, it’s just what I need. It makes it easier to manage flare ups, and I love how simple it is to log my symptoms. Highly recommend!

I really needed something like this. I’ve had gout for the past year and I’ve never been able to guess what causes my flare ups. GoutBuddy makes it so much easier. I love the habit tracking feature and the analysis it gives you. It gives me a better sense of what’s affecting me and what I should avoid. Ever since using this app, it’s been such a game changer in my health. One suggestion though: would be great to have a bar scanner to make tracking food easier. Other than that I can’t recommend it enough!
