An absurd attempt at mobile application. In 2026, the miserable and inapt state of this app indicates the contempt with which this organisation holds its customers. Any self respecting organisation would show the door to the IT managers responsible for this travesty. The login process is hit and miss, the “app” is a gimmicky rendition on mobile of even more ridiculous and slow website. Absolutely waste of time.

Having to log in every single time I want to look at my usage (something I checked daily when with Origin) is a right pain. The interface is awful and some buttins/links just don't respond on a mobile device. And the website is only marginally better, unfortunately. I'm already not a happy customer, the day after switching from Origin to ActewAGL. Get your act together and make a decent app that doesn't almost actively discourage users from using it.
