Been using the app for a couple of years. Did what I needed it to do successfully. Basically down load the letter bill as a pdf. I would give it to accounts and it was always paid. This month aug2025 app would not let me down load the bill using options 14pro. So I had to start my clunky windows app and down load it that way. Tech support blamed the iPhone. Apple support says it’s the app and to contact developer.

Not quite sure of the purpose of this app. You can change NBN plan but can’t add/modify mobile plans, and it doesn’t show data usage; which would be the main reason I would use this app. NBN network status always says offline even when it’s not. You can pay a bill and update payment info, but beyond that, this app is pointless.

Please add functionality of checking data balance on mobile as it is possible to check on the website but impossible to check in the app
