I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because I emailed them and said I didn’t authorize the $6 charge and with no questions asked they refunded it. Though I won’t prob use their app and though I was disappointed with the charge they made it right and any company that is willing to do that without arguing is worth a better rating. Good job guys! I appreciate that.
The app says it’s free yet I got charged $6 for something which I don’t know about. I did not authorize it or want this app.

The advertising is de roving when it claims to monitor without the need of draw blood, what doesn’t tell you is that you are purchasing a monitor app that connects with your biosensor and if not having a biosensor then you can input your manually taken results to keep record of it. Why do I need to pay for that if when using a biosensor it comes with their own reader and is for free? One more thing this developer has been trying to make additional charges to my card that I have not agreed on purchase, and I don’t even know what those intended charges are for? Definitively, transparency on their service is needed; and I do not recommend this app, which for me was of no use, so I paid for the app just to be humored. However not happy to see they are trying to charge more for who knows what.

I recently purchased this app only to find out that a glucose monitor is required for its use, a detail that was not disclosed prior to my purchase. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, especially since the app functions similarly to others available for the Apple Watch, but comes with a price tag.
When prompted for my glucose monitor information after being charged, I immediately requested to cancel my subscription. It's frustrating that potential users aren't made aware of such essential requirements upfront.
Save your money and look for alternatives that are clear about their functionalities before committing.
