Don’t order from them at all. They take your money and never deliver your package ا ordered two months ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve been messaging them every single day for the past three days on DMs, WhatsApp, and email, and they’re completely ignoring me. No replies, no updates, nothing. This brand is a scam and a waste of money. ‎لا تطلبون منهم أبدًا. ياخذون فلوسكم وما يوصلون الطلب طلبت منهم من شهرين وللحين ما استلمت شي. صار لي ثلاث أيام أراسلهم كل يوم على الخاص، والواتساب، والإيميل، وما في أي رد. لا تحديثات ولا توضيح ولا شي. هالبراند نصب وضياع فلوس.

The Aya app provides Amazing Abayas. They offer super fast shipping and high quality fabrics The only problem is consistent sizing. It would be nice if they were consistent in their sizing as every single order I’ve made I’ve had to return most of the abayas because of size. If maybe they could note the abayas that would be good for Plus size people then that would be able for me to give them a higher rating. I also have been waiting over 1 month for a refund that I have not received .

Honestly Aya has been my go to for abaya shopping. Such unique and versatile collection with consistent and frequent drops. Keep it up!
