I love this app! I’ve been going to Hello Sugar for 10 years and this app has made it so easy to manage my services, bookings, and manage my membership. It’s also great to see any promos they’re running (I love trying new services!). But most of all I love seeing my loyalty rewards accrue in the app and redeeming them for free services 🤩

If you go to Hello Sugar, DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! I’ve used a few apps for making bookings and managing my account, but this one has been the easiest one to use so far. I can easily manage my appointment and my membership. It’s so much easier than having to text back-and-forth with the receptionist. Plus it’s given me some sweet deals that I think is exclusive to app users.

The girls at Hello Sugar are amazing, trained to a high standard and really care about their clients. This app is an awesome addition to the company proving clients with a more convenient way to manage their appointments and memberships on their own time without complication! The chat feature is great allowing for quick and easy responses. I also LOVE the pink theme that Hello Sugar has!
