The service is incredible. Always so helpful. The actually credit cash to my checking account each month! Make the switch from the banks, you will be thrilled you did.
When I deposit a check using the app I do not see the account numbers. For example, I have 2 checking accounts, and it does not show their numbers. I just have to guess into which account I am making a deposit. It is Very inconvenient! Also, there used to be a field for comments/memo. It does not exist any longer. Very inconvenient!
I am not a fan of the new app. While the previous app had an older style, it had better functions. You could get to where you needed to go more quickly. Now there’s extra tapping to get to the screen you want. Certain features which made the old app distinctive have been eliminated, like the ability to see your account balances without logging in. The Express View was perfect for my older parents who struggle with phone navigation. With one tap they could see how much money was available. Not any more. Now they have to ask me what their balance is every day. The notes feature in transfers has also changed. Before, there was a line to add a note before submitting the transfer. When you looked at your transactions, that note was always visible on the transaction line. Now the note can only be seen if you tap on the transaction. If you add a note after the transfer is complete, it will be visible on the transaction line, but it only shows up in the account you were in when you made the note. If you want the note to appear in both the sending account and receiving account, you have to add it to both accounts separately. LOTS of extra tapping and going back and forth between pages.
