The app works fine for normal functions; however, the Mobil Check Deposit function isn’t working. It worked before. Maybe the programming is not updating along with Apple updates. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, opening security. Nothing works. Credit Union is working on there end for a resolve.
I find the app very easy to use. I especially like the ability to transfer funds between multiple accounts with ease. Having all my electronic deposits going into the checking account and then transferred to my sub-accounts makes budgeting a breeze! Keep up the good work!
One—a big thing for me is I don’t like that you can’t see pending transactions. Two—when viewing transactions the list is too busy the previous app was much simpler and if you wanted to see more information about a transaction you clicked on it to view other information about it. Three—the app keeps telling me it can’t display any information and to try again later even when going to log in as to which if you log in anyhow the error window will go away however it returns with everything you do once inside the app. Four—-to transfer funds to another person or even if it’s another account you have it errors out and is not very functional which is annoying to me bc I used that feature in previous apps. Five—-when asking for any type of information whether transfer to another account or even just simply setting the app up it asks for information but it isn’t totally clear as to what you are to enter. So then you keep getting errors and in my case to transfer to my other account it tells me that it can’t be done bc either the account doesn’t exist or my information is wrong. Overall the previous app was simple and easy to use and when viewing transactions was a lot simpler bc it showed you the date the amount and who it was made to and not all the other stuff crowding up your screen. If I want to see more information I could click on it to view it. And transferring to other accounts was easier. It’s always interesting that people and app developers make all these fancy things and so called improvements but for who? Didn’t anyone ever hear of the KISS rule in design or anything? Keep It Simple Stupid. Fluff is just fluff and most of the time annoying useless crap that in this day of age people like simplicity and stuff that works.
