We’ve had an account with NCFCU going back to 1992. We’ve gotten numerous loans over the years and have always felt a personal touch as if they are there to take care of OUR needs. Their banking app is very helpful and I love the remote deposit feature. We wouldn’t dream of using a different institution at this point. Would defiantly recommend. Keep up the good work.

Great company with friendly staff. I have the utmost regard for a Mrs. Howsare who is a pleasant, helpful and gracious soul. IT’s people like her who make banking comfortable and convenient. I keep having to sign into my account even though I have Face ID set up… if I hard close the app it doesn’t open with Face ID and I have to re-enter my account info and re-authenticate to log in. Still very good at managing my accounts, just a small inconvenience overall.
